There is a new way to shop this holiday season: We teamed up with eBay Inc. and Westfield Labs to turn an average mall store window to a completely touchable, shoppable screen. The innovative technology, which we’re calling the Digital Storefront, is window-shopping redefined.
Here’s how it works:
Touch the glass: Walk up and touch the glass to begin shopping – that’s it! Browse our hand-picked selection of our favorite holiday gifts with a simple tap of the touch and motion-sensitive digital screen.
Select the products you want: Select the items you want and proceed to checkout by pushing the order to your mobile phone. From here, you have two options: 1) enter your phone number and receive a text message to complete the payment on your phone or 2) enter in a short code URL and complete the purchase on your phone. In both cases, you get free, overnight home delivery.
Checkout: Pay securely with PayPal, or take advantage of guest checkout and pay with your credit or debit card. The best part? No lines, no shopping bags. Just click submit and your order will be at your door in one business day.
